We were looking to purchase a second property and a friend referred us to team Gilleland. We are from out of town and I came down for a couple of days to see some properties in the Orlando area. They dedicated their entire time over multiple days to see all the properties I was interested in and were very knowledgable in all the areas we drove through. They are very easy going with a great sense of humour, as well as very responsive and eager to help out with anything we needed. When I flew back home they went to see properties for me and sent me detailed videos and photos of everything. When it came time to make an offer, Gena had a lot of knowledge on the comparables and did a fantastic job on the negotiations. They continue to help us even after we purchased our home.
